How
We Work

Although every project is unique, MCDC has outlined a common plan of action that can be fully, or partially, applied to all projects. This approach has been realized as ten steps for mutual success.

1. RECEIVE RFQ

We receive the tender submission request or request for quotation.

2. ANALYZE, REVIEW INTERNALLY & SUBMIT

We review the requirements with our engineering team & submit our offer.

3. WORK WITH PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO ALIGN OUR THINKING

We work closely with our prospective client to align our thinking and expectations as we close out technical and commercial topics.

4. FINALIZE COMMERCIAL ASPECT & KICK-OFF PROJECT

The project is initiated with a kick-off meeting, internally and externally with the customer project team.

5. DESIGN & ENGINEERING

The designs are finalized & accepted, collectively.

6. SHEQ & RISK Assessment

The health, safety & risk assessments are completed.

7. CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Customer approval is required before proceeding.

8. MANUFACTURE & PROCURE

We manufacture & procure all necessary materials & equipment, before transporting it to the installation site.

9. TRANSPORT, INSTALL, COMMISSION & TRAIN

Our team travels to site to install and commission equipment.

10. PROJECT ACCEPTANCE

The final product is accepted by the customer & the project is closed-out. Training & support can be offered at this point.

As a result of the high internal standards that we hold ourselves accountable to, coupled with years of experience, our open item lists are short, allowing the project to be completely closed and signed-off, timeously.

Clients Say
Today is the last day for the Clinton team to work for us at MBSA. Thank you everyone in your company for your hard work during our installation phase; without your professional team support, our WBO would not be completed so smoothly.
