PHASE 1: We receive the tender submission request or request for quotation.
PHASE 2: We review the requirements with our engineering team & submit our offer.
PHASE 3: We work closely with our prospective client to align our thinking & expectations as we close out technical & commercial topics.
PHASE 4: The project is initiated with a kick-off meeting, with us & and the customer project team.
PHASE 5: The designs are finalized & accepted, collectively.
PHASE 6: The health, safety & risk assessments are completed.
PHASE 7: Customer approval is required before proceeding.
PHASE 8: We manufacture & procure all necessary materials & equipment, before transporting it to the installation site.
PHASE 9: Our team travels to site to install and commission equipment.
PHASE 10: the final product is accepted by the customer & the project is closed-out. Training & support can be offered at this point.
